Creaters Hub Customer Terms & Conditions of Use

Welcome to Creaters Hub (the "Platform" / "Website"). These Terms & Conditions of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Customer", or "Shopper") and Creaters Hub Online Fashion Marketplace regarding your access to and use of our website, mobile interface, customer portal, and e-commerce services.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

• By accessing, browsing, registering an account, or purchasing products on Creaters Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Return Policy.
• You must be at least 18 years of age or accessing the platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian to make online purchases.

2. Customer Account Registration & Security

• When creating an account or logging in, you agree to provide true, accurate, and current personal information, including your Legal Name, Delivery Address, Mobile Number, and Email Address.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, passwords, and 6-digit 2-Factor Verification OTPs. Any actions performed under your account will be deemed your responsibility.
• Creaters Hub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide fraudulent information or engage in suspicious ordering patterns.

3. Product Listings, Specifications & Pricing

• We make every effort to display product colors, textures, dimensions, and attributes as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your device display settings.
• All prices listed on Creaters Hub are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹ INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• While we strive for pricing accuracy, in the event of an inadvertent typographical error, pricing mistake, or technical glitch, Creaters Hub reserves the right to cancel any unfulfilled orders placed at an incorrect price.

4. Orders, Confirmation & Acceptance

• Upon placing an order, you will receive an immediate Order Confirmation SMS and Email containing your unique Order Code, item details, and estimated delivery timeline.
• Receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. Creaters Hub reserves the right to accept or decline your order for reasons such as product unavailability, address unserviceability, or fraud prevention checks.

5. Payment Options & Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

• Creaters Hub supports multiple secure payment methods: Credit Cards, Debit Cards, NetBanking, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), RazorPay, Stripe, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
• Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, exact cash payment must be handed over to the delivery partner upon arrival before package opening. COD availability depends on courier pincode serviceability and order value thresholds.
• All online card and UPI payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant, 256-bit SSL encrypted payment gateways. Creaters Hub does not store your raw CVV or bank passwords.

6. Shipping, Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

• Orders are typically dispatched from our merchant partners within 24 to 48 hours of order placement. Standard delivery timelines across India range between 3 to 7 business days depending on delivery pincode.
• Track your order in real-time anytime using your Order Code and Mobile Number on our Track Order Portal.
• In cases of unforeseen weather conditions, logistics strikes, or regional restrictions, delivery timelines may be extended.

7. Order Cancellation Policy

• Customer Cancellation: You may cancel an order free of charge before it has been dispatched by visiting My Account → My Orders or contacting Customer Support.
• Once an order is marked as "Shipped" or "Out for Delivery", it cannot be cancelled in transit. You may refuse delivery at your doorstep or initiate a 7-day return after delivery.

8. 7-Day Replacement, Return & Refund Policy

• Creaters Hub offers a hassle-free 7-Day Replacement & Return Window from the date of package delivery for eligible items that are damaged, defective, size-mismatched, or significantly different from description.
• To qualify for a return, products must be unused, unwashed, with original brand tags attached, and packaged in the original box/bag.
• Certain hygiene-sensitive categories (e.g. innerwear, cosmetics) are non-returnable unless delivered damaged or wrong item. View details in our Refund & Return Policy.

9. Refund Settlement & Processing Timelines

• Upon successful return pick-up and quality inspection at our warehouse, refunds are initiated promptly:
  • Online Payments (UPI / Card / NetBanking): Refunded back to original source account within 3 to 5 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunded directly to your bank account via UPI / NEFT transfer upon submitting account details in your customer profile.

10. User Reviews, Ratings & Code of Conduct

• Customers can post honest product reviews, star ratings, and unboxing photos for purchased items.
• You agree not to post content that is abusive, obscene, defamatory, misleading, or violates third-party privacy or intellectual property rights. Creaters Hub reserves the right to moderate or remove inappropriate reviews.

11. Intellectual Property Protection

• All content on Creaters Hub—including website design, graphics, logo emblem, text, software code, product images, and trademarks—is the exclusive property of Creaters Hub or its brand partners and is protected under Indian intellectual property laws.
• Unauthorized copying, scraping, or commercial reproduction of platform content is strictly prohibited.

12. Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• Creaters Hub acts as an online fashion marketplace connecting customers with verified sellers and creators. Third-party brand warranties, if any, are provided directly by respective manufacturers.
• Creaters Hub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website usage or product handling beyond the total purchase price paid for the specific order.

13. Privacy & Data Security

• Your privacy is important to us. Personal information collected during shopping is processed securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is never sold to third parties.

14. Customer Support, Grievance Redressal & Governing Law

• Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
