Information from Other Sources: We might receive information about you from other sources, such as updated delivery and address information from our logistics courier partners (BlueDart, Delhivery, Shadowfax, Xpressbees) to correct our records and deliver your next purchase easily.

2. For What Purposes Does Creaters Hub Use Your Personal Information?

We process your personal information to operate, provide, develop, and improve the products and services that we offer our customers. These purposes include:

Purchase and Delivery of Products and Services: We use your personal information to take and handle orders, deliver products, process payments, and communicate with you about orders, products, services, and promotional offers.
Provide, Troubleshoot, and Improve Creaters Hub Services: We use your personal information to provide functionality, analyze performance, fix errors, and improve the usability and effectiveness of Creaters Hub.

4. Does Creaters Hub Share Your Personal Information?

Transactions Involving Third-Party Merchants: We make available to you services, products, applications, or skills provided by third-party sellers on Creaters Hub. When you order from a seller merchant, your shipping address and contact phone number are shared solely to fulfill and ship your specific order.
Third-Party Service Providers: We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders for products, delivering packages, sending postal mail and email, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, processing payments (Razorpay, Stripe), and providing customer service. These third-party service providers have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.
Protection of Creaters Hub and Others: We release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce or apply our Conditions of Use and other agreements, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Creaters Hub, our users, or others.

6. What Choices Do I Have & Your Rights Under DPDP Act 2023?

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have specific rights regarding your personal data:

Right to Access: You can access your profile information, order history, address book, and saved settings at any time under My Account.
Right to Correction & Erasure: You can update or request correction/deletion of your personal data by contacting Customer Care or updating your profile.
Opt-Out of Promotional Communications: If you do not want to receive email or SMS promotional alerts, please adjust your notification preferences in your profile settings or click unsubscribe.

7. Are Children Allowed to Use Creaters Hub Services?

Creaters Hub does not sell products for purchase by children. We sell children's products for purchase by adults. If you are under 18, you may use Creaters Hub Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.
